How do I use the NOLPHY bag when travelling?
Neatly place your folded clothes in the bag and close the zipper so no air can escape. Then use the pump to compress the bag: attach the pump to the valve, press the button once and the pump removes all the air. The flat bag fits easily in your suitcase, backpack or weekend bag, leaving room for shoes, toiletries or other items.
How do I close the NOLPHY bag properly?
1. Place your clothes neatly inside so nothing gets caught in the zipper. 2. Make sure both sides of the zipper line up before you start closing. 3. Pull the zipper shut in one smooth motion, all the way to the end. 4. Done? Press along the entire zipper to double-check it's fully closed.
How many clothes fit in the NOLPHY bag?
It holds a full load of pants, shirts, sweaters and underwear, and still compresses to a fraction of that size. The total volume is 17 litres. One vacuum travel bag fits 7-10 days of clothing.
Does the bag stay compact during the flight?
Absolutely. The bag is designed to stay vacuum-sealed for days, including during your flight. Just make sure the zipper is fully closed, and your clothes will stay compact until you open the bag at your destination.
Can I take the NOLPHY bag in my carry-on?
The NOLPHY bag is designed as a luggage accessory and fits in virtually any suitcase or bag allowed as carry-on. Please note: the pump has a battery and belongs in your carry-on, not in checked luggage.
How long does the pump last on one charge?
Long enough for about 8 trips: one charge is good for 20 to 25 compressions. Battery empty? Simply recharge it via USB-C.
Is the NOLPHY bag waterproof?
Yes. The material is waterproof and the zipper seals airtight. Rain, a leaking bottle or a wet floor: your clothes stay dry.

How do I care for the NOLPHY bag?
A damp cloth is all you need. Don't put the bag in the washing machine or dryer. Store it dry and loosely folded.
How does the pump work?
Put your clothes in the Nolphy bag and zip it closed. Place the pump on the valve and press the button. In about 30 seconds, everything's flat.
How long does the pump last?
The pump is built to last for years. Charge it with the included USB-C cable. One full charge gives you 20–25 compressions, roughly 8 trips.
When should I recharge the pump?
You'll notice when the suction gets weaker. For the best battery life, recharge after 10–15 uses instead of letting it run completely flat.

Hoe gebruik ik de NOLPHY tas op reis?
Leg je opgevouwen kleding netjes in de tas en sluit de rits zodat er geen lucht kan ontsnappen. Gebruik daarna de pomp om de tas vacuüm te trekken: zet de pomp op het ventiel, druk één keer op de knop en de pomp zuigt alle lucht eruit. De platte tas past zo in je koffer, rugzak of weekendtas, en je houdt ruimte over voor schoenen, toilettas of andere spullen.
Hoe sluit ik de NOLPHY tas goed af?
1. Leg je kleding netjes in de tas, zodat er niets tussen de rits komt. 2. Zorg dat beide kanten van de rits goed op elkaar aansluiten voordat je begint. 3. Trek de rits in één beweging helemaal tot het eind dicht. 4. Klaar? Druk nog even langs de hele rits om te checken dat hij overal dicht zit.
Hoeveel kleding past er in de NOLPHY tas?
Er past een volle lading in, met meerdere broeken, shirts, truien en ondergoed, en toch comprimeert de tas tot een fractie van dat formaat. De totale inhoud is 17 liter. In één vacuümreistas past kleding voor 7-10 dagen.
Blijft de tas klein tijdens de vlucht?
Jazeker. De tas is ontworpen om dagenlang vacuüm te blijven, ook tijdens de vlucht. Zorg wel dat de rits helemaal dicht zit, dan blijft je kleding compact tot je hem op je bestemming openmaakt.
Mag de NOLPHY tas mee in de handbagage?
De NOLPHY tas is ontworpen als bagage-accessoire en past in vrijwel elke koffer of tas die als handbagage is toegestaan. Let op: de pomp heeft een accu en hoort in je handbagage, niet in de ruimbagage.
Hoe lang gaat de pomp mee op een acculading?
Lang genoeg voor zo'n 8 reizen: één lading is goed voor 20 tot 25 keer vacuümtrekken. Is hij leeg? Dan laad je hem op via USB-C.
Is de NOLPHY tas waterdicht?
Ja. Het materiaal is waterdicht en de rits sluit luchtdicht af. Regen, een gelekte fles of een natte vloer: je kleding blijft droog.
Wanneer wordt mijn bestelling geleverd?
Bestel je op een werkdag voor 22:00? Dan versturen we je pakket dezelfde dag vanuit Nederland, en heb je het de volgende werkdag in huis. Bestel je in het weekend? Dan versturen we op maandag en wordt het dinsdag bezorgd. Bij bestellingen boven €30 is de verzending gratis.

Hoe onderhoud ik de NOLPHY tas?
Een vochtige doek is genoeg. Stop de tas niet in de wasmachine of droger. Bewaar hem droog en losjes opgevouwen.
Hoe werkt de pomp?
Stop je kleding in de Nolphy-zak en rits hem dicht. Zet de pomp op het ventiel en druk op de knop. Binnen ± 30 seconden ligt alles plat.
Hoe lang gaat de pomp mee?
De pomp is gemaakt om jarenlang mee te gaan. Je laadt hem op met de meegeleverde USB-C-kabel. Eén volle lading is goed voor 20–25 compressies, ongeveer 8 reizen.
Wanneer moet ik de pomp opladen?
Je merkt het vanzelf: de zuigkracht wordt minder. Laad hem het liefst na 10–15 keer gebruik op. Dan raakt de accu nooit helemaal leeg en gaat hij langer mee.
