Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
Europe (EU): 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €30.
Orders under €30: flat rate of €4.95.
International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delayed Deliveries

We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (PostNL, DHL, UPS, etc.).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
