Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

You may try the product as you normally would. Light handling is fine. Using it or testing basic functionality is allowed. Heavy use, deep scratches, visible wear, or damage will make the item ineligible for return. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging and properly sealed.

Non-refundable situations
We do not issue refunds if:

• The order does not arrive due to an error made by the customer, such as an incorrect shipping address.
• The tracking status shows “Delivered” and valid tracking information is available. If the package cannot be found, the shipping carrier must be contacted directly.

Consumer guarantees

  1. If there is a major defect, you are entitled to a refund with proof of the defect.

  2. If the defect is minor, we will replace the item within a reasonable time.

Refund method

  1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  2. If a return is caused by an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, Nolphy may charge additional shipping costs to resend the item.

  3. The item must be received by Nolphy for inspection before any refund is processed. If the item is not returned, we are not required to issue a refund.

Gifts, bundles, and personalized items

  1. Gift cards are not refundable.

  2. Personalized items are not refundable.

Privacy during returns

  1. Nolphy protects your privacy.

  2. Information collected during a return is stored securely for a reasonable period. It may be used for fraud prevention, internal analysis, or shared with authorities if legally required.

  3. Nolphy reserves the right to refuse a return or refund for change-of-mind cases.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases. Nolphy does not provide prepaid return labels. Shipping delays caused by customs or carriers are not valid reasons for a return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 14 days of delivery. You are still required to return the item at your own cost. After inspection, we will process a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.

Clear photo or video showing the issue if applicable

Requests without images for defect claims cannot be processed.
